Submitting load based licence data to the EPA
Licensees are required to submit an annual return form at the end of each reporting period. The annual return contains a monitoring and complaints summary, a statement of compliance with the licence conditions and reports the pollutant loads generated by the premises.
If applicable, the annual return contains worksheets to be used to calculate the load based fee payable.
The annual return form must be completed and submitted on the proforma provided by the EPA to all licensees. Licensees can calculate their assessable load using the Load Calculation Protocol, and the licence fee data either manually or online using the online licence fee calculator.
Licensees can download annual return forms, although they must still be lodged by post.
